How to Access the Admin Portal in Credibled

The Admin Portal allows authorized users to manage organization-wide settings in Credibled, including users, departments, billing, questionnaires, and API keys. This article explains who can access the Admin Portal, how to access it, and what actions are available.

Who Can Access the Admin Portal?

Admin access is required.

If you don’t see the Admin Portal option in your account, you may not have Admin permissions. Contact your organization’s Credibled administrator to request access.


How to Access the Admin Portal

There are two ways to access the Admin Portal.

Option 1: Access the Admin Portal from the User Portal

  1. Go to https://app.credibled.com and sign in.
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Admin Portal from the dropdown menu.
Result: You’ll be redirected to the Admin Portal dashboard.

Option 2: Log in Directly to the Admin Portal

If you already have Admin credentials, you can log in directly:

  1. Go to https://app.credibled.com/admin
  2. Enter your Admin email address and password.
  3. Click Sign in.

What You Can Do in the Admin Portal

The Admin Portal provides access to organization-level management features:

  • Users: Add, edit, deactivate users, assign roles, and manage user status.
  • Departments: Create and organize departments to structure users within your organization.
  • Questionnaire Builder: Create and manage questionnaire templates available to all users in your organization.
  • Questionnaires: View and manage active and archived questionnaires used across hiring processes.
  • Billing: Access invoices, payment methods, and billing details securely.
  • Settings: Manage your organization’s profile information and address details.
  • API Keys: Generate and manage API keys for integrating Credibled with external systems.

Switching Between User Portal and Admin Portal

Already logged in and need to switch portals?

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Select User Portal or Admin Portal from the dropdown menu.

You can switch between portals at any time without logging out.
